- Prices are for the apartment, and 4 persons.
- Extra people $20 per night per person.
- Low Season: All other day's of the year.
- Mid Season: 1st of July till 31 August
- High Season: 1st December till 15th of May
- Tourist tax USD 5,50 p.p.p.n. to be paid on Bonaire
- Children under the age of 13 are free from tourist tax.
PAYMENT:
A 25% deposit must be received in order to confirm your reservation.
Final payment will be billed 90 days prior to your stay. If the reservation is made within 90 days of your stay,
full payment would be required.
Forms of payment: Wire transfer or by check.
REFUNDS:
Once your deposit is received your reservation is confirmed. At this point we will be tuning away other guests. We have
created a refund policy which addresses this issue.
A full refund will be due if a cancellation is received 90 days prior to your stay. A partial refund will be made from the
following schedule.
- 50% received 60 days prior to your stay.
- 25% received 30 days prior to your stay.
- 0% refund due if cancelled 30 days or sooner prior to your stay..
