A 20% deposit must be received in order to confirm your reservation. Final payment will be billed 90 days prior to your stay. If the reservation is made
within 90 days of your stay, full payment would be required.
Forms of payment include credit card, (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Bank Check.
Refunds:
Once your deposit is received your reservation is confirmed. At this point we will be tuning away other guests so we ask you to let us know if there
is—or might be—a change in your reservation. We have created a refund policy which addresses
this issue.
A full refund or credit will be due if a cancellation is received 90 days prior to your stay. A partial refund will be due in the following schedule.
- 75% refund due 60-90 days prior to arrival
- 50% refund due 30-60 days prior to arrival
- 25% refund due 30 days prior to arrival
- 0 refund due if cancelled 30 days or sooner.
